Four Hundred & Thirty Four

Theme: This is Halloween!

As you all know, I was sleeping round Steve's. When I arrived there we hung up some decorations, that simply didn't want to stay up, but when they were all up and done it looked bloody awesome. Whilst we were doing the decorations Steve put on a Halloween CD. So yeah, we were hanging up decorations to the sound's of steps. But I'm cool with that! Just means I can never let that slide, Haha  Then we moved onto the pumpkins! I've never done a pumpkin before so Steve gave me the newspaper that had all the instructions on (that actually came in handy) and it's really fun to do! You can see the results below. You can tell Steve's got  more pumpkin experience than me because her's is a lot more straight and neat, mine's kind of like wonky and one eye's bigger than the other. I also broke his eye by accident. Not bad for my first attempt though, I must say! Time practically flew by and by the time we cleaned up we got ready to go out! We both wore cute black dresses, and a cute mask. Steve wore a cape and I wore huge wing's that never failed to stab her. (Sorry!)

Once changed, we took to the town! Freezing it was! I only wore this short shawl because it looked better then my long one. However, I did feel more sorry for Steve as she was wearing her heels and I could get warm when I was inside, where as she was wearing them the whole night. When we got on the bus, the driver asked why we didn't fly in. My excuse was that the bus had central heating. Once seated and on our way to town, all hyped up we made sure to sing. We often get our word's wrong and end up combing song's with other's, even though they just don't go. But that's just us.

After landing in town we started to walk to up Wagamama's. We got plenty of looks and smile's. Mainly off old women, but there you go. We didn't really get many dirty looks as far as I'm aware. There we'rent that many people dressed up either. Bloody miserable lot you people are! Once seated in Wagamama's it took us like ten minutes to buck up the courage just to place and order. It was kind of awkward 'cos I felt like I was interrupting the waiters whilst they we're doing something important and I was half expecting them to turn around and say "WHAT, WHAT DO YOU WANT? CAN YOU NOT SEE I'M BUSY? PEASANT!" Anyway, we eventually ordered and paid up and made our way across to the Showcase cinema to watch Paranormal Activity 4.

At the cinema ticket desk I was asked to take off my mask because of the shooting's in Colorado. Me and Steve completely forgot about that! Anyway, I did so then we went upstairs to wait for Becca (Steve's friend) and Faye (a friend of Becca's) We literally waited for hours as we finished our meal and such fairly early, but this time poor Steve was absolutely crippled with her shoe's. By this time, she started to come out with her rather crappy (brilliant, yet cheesy) jokes. Once Becca and Faye arrived we both went into the cinema, but before me and Steve entered, we both had our cape/wings and mask's taken off us. Bastards. We collected them at the end of the movie, but still. Once in the cinema we ended up sitting at the very front as it was absolutely packed. But in the end you couldn't feel yourself looking up, you got used to it really quickly. It was better having the cinema packed, because you could hear everyone scream and people making random demonic noises during intense bit's. Over all it was bare fun.

After all this we got a Taxi home. Steve tipped the taxi man, and the poor man couldn't believe his luck. He even said "I love you" as we both climbed out of the car. Unfortunetly, Steve didn't hear it. After settling down at Steve's house we watched Hocus Pocus together, which was brilliant. Children's film's are so much more funnier when your older. I don't really remember much after that, I just remember Steve and I waking up at around 4am to discuss old school days. Around that time Steve's mum had to go work so we spoke to her for a bit too. Once her mum left, we both went back on the sofa, I fell asleep first (as usual) and I assume Steve followed. Then that was it, woke up at around 9am and had to get ready to go.

It was a brilliant night and I can't wait to do it again next year! Thank you so much Steve!
