Theme: Bugger!

I've buggered up my sleep pattern massively by doing nights. I'll be up and exercising at like 4am because I'm tiered of just lying in bed and looking at the ceiling. My sleepers don't work either. So I'll just get up and watch a film and do an hour on the stepper. I'm desperate to try and get it back on track. If I get it back to the way it was at least I can meet up with people the way I used too.
