One Hundred & Eighty Four
I am kind of struggling with my rules that I had set before. So I am going to change them to suit me more. So here we go:
Rules:
-Only drink water (flavoured), attempt to drink two liters a day,
-Eat breakfast,
-Eat lunch,
-Snacking doesn't exist,
-Exercise daily, making sure to mix up the routine,
-Lift's no longer exists,
-Use scales ONCE a week, it's just a number, but only way I can get weight loss rewards.
Weight lost so far: two pounds.
